ReferSplit is the data controller responsible for the personal information described below.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, apartment details, referral codes, and payment information (processed securely via Paddle). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.
We use your information to: operate the platform, match tenants with seekers, process payments, send notifications, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share limited information with: Paddle (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Mapbox (map services), and Resend (email delivery). When you connect with another user, they can see your name, avatar, and rating — but not your email or payment details until you choose to share them.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Referral codes are stored encrypted and only revealed after unlock. Payment information is handled entirely by Paddle and never stored on our servers.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through Settings. To request complete data deletion, contact us at admin@refersplit.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for anonymous analytics. You can opt out of analytics tracking in your settings.
